Ambulatory Surgery Centers

Catholic Health owns and operates three freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Centers – Sterling Surgery Center in Orchard Park, Niagara Ambulatory Surgery Center in Lockport, and the Surgery Center of WNY in Amherst – that offer a variety of outpatient (same day) surgical procedures. In addition, Sisters of Charity Hospital, St. Joseph Campus in Cheektowaga, features an ambulatory surgery center specializing in orthopedic surgery. These centers continue to expand Catholic Health’s reach in the Buffalo-Niagara region as more surgical procedures shift from inpatient to outpatient.
