Mount. St Mary's Hospital

Mount St. Mary’s Hospital was established in 1907 by the Sisters of St. Francis of Williamsville. At the request of the Bishop of Buffalo, Mount St. Mary’s Hospital was moved to its current location in Lewiston in 1965. In 2015, Mount St. Mary’s Hospital officially became part of Catholic Health. In addition to medical, emergency, and diagnostic services, Mount St. Mary’s offers a variety of specialty and outpatient services on its main campus, north of Niagara Falls. Caring for patients throughout Niagara County, the 175-bed hospital houses a Center for Women, Cardiac Center, Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine Center, and Clearview Treatment Services, an inpatient substance-use treatment program for patients struggling with a substance use disorder. This includes group counseling, one-on-one sessions, and medication-assisted treatment. This program includes the insights and services of a clinical psychologist, psychiatrist, primary care doctor, RNs, and primary counselors.

The hospital’s offsite services, located throughout Niagara County, include the Neighborhood Health Center in Niagara Falls; Lockport Health Center; Center for Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation; Imaging & Lab Center; Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic; and other specialty services. Located in eastern Niagara County, Lockport Memorial Hospital, a campus of Mount St. Mary’s Hospital, opened in October 2023.
